The 3YO Magic Millions queen of 2017 in Flying Jess resumes in the Group Three Ladbrokes Cockram Stakes at Caulfield tomorrow afternoon.
The daughter of Hinchinbrook is a million dollar earner already and looks to have a great spring carnival ahead of her with trainer John Moloney reporting she has come back bigger and stronger than ever.
“She jumped out here at Caulfield a fortnight ago in good fashion and although she will benefit from the run I feel she will run a very forward race,” Moloney explained.
The mares goal this time in of course is the Group One Myer Stakes for fillies and mares over 1600m at Flemington on Derby Day.
We wish Joe O’Neil and partners all the best for tomorrow.
Her younger brother, Give (by Helmet) was an impressive winner at Pakenham yesterday and looks to have a very bright future ahead of him.
In other Moloney stable news, VRC St Leger winner Dornier will kick off his spring campaign at Sandown on Wednesday while Indernile trained by Gerard Moloney may contest the 3YO event after finishing a very good second first up at the same track.
Plenty happening at Moloney Racing currently and let’s hope lady luck is on our side over the coming weeks!
