Hearcomesthestar notched her second-career-win at her seventh start on Thursday night at Pakenham, romping back into the winners stall with a confidence-boosting first-up victory.

Ridden by Mark Zahra, the three-year-old Zoustar filly proved too classy for her rivals in the Class 1 Handicap, settling back in the field over the 1000 metre distance, she overcame a bumping duel in the final 200 metres to pin her ears back and drive to the line to win by 1.25 lengths.

It was a dominating performance for Hearcomesthestar who has always showed promise since winning at her debut at Sandown Hillside as a two-year-old, and we hope that she can continue to go through her grades this preparation.

Congratulations to the connections of Hearsomesthestar and all of the hard working team at Moloney Racing!
