Sunday Pray’s Impressive Debut

On Friday, the team sent Sunday Pray to park to kick of his career as a racehorse. He was having his first start on the back of two solid trials which included a close forth a week prior. He jumped from gate 3 in the 1200m maiden and Patrick Moloney gave him the perfect run behind the leader. He came off the fence as they entered the straight and was far to strong for his rivals , recording an ultra impressive win on debut with his ears pricked.

Sunday Pray is by Manhattan Rain out of a Zabeel mare and was purchased by John for $30,000 from the sales. He is a lovely young horse coming through the stables and we hope he can continue to develop and mature into a nice racehorse. We are excited to have him in the stables and look for him to keep improving.

Moloney Racing wishes to congratulate Mr B Cannon and Mr N Conidi on the win and look forward to his next race start.
