Shove Over recorded a much-deserved metropolitan win at Flemington on Saturday with a beautiful ride by Teo Nugent, following on from their impressive second-up win at Mornington last start.

The four-year-old Nicconi gelding was placed perfectly one-out-one-back by Nugent over the 1400 metre distance, before popping off the backs of the leaders on the home turn and running home nicely to score his fourth-career-win by a nose on the line.

Shove Over has been as consistent as they come for connections, and was knocking on the door to pick up a metro win after just missing out at Sandown last preparation.

We look forward to seeing Shove Over continue on his winning way this time in.

Congratulations to Shove Over’s connections and the hard working team at Moloney Racing!
